Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The one room flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Optional breakfast price €10 per person. Lunch and evening meals €12. Liebe Gäste, ich bin beruflich häufig nicht zuhause und biete in dieser Zeit mein zauberhaftes Loft an, das durch seine ruhige Lage zum Relaxen und Entspannen einlädt. Neben einem leckeren morgendlichen Kaffee bietet die Wohnung viel Licht in tollen Fabrik Flair. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einem großen 1,80x2,00m Bett und einem gemütlichen Schlafsofa. Ihr habt zudem Internet in Glasfaser Geschwindigkeit (100Mbit) und einen Flat TV. Gästehandtücher sowie Bettzeug sind vorhanden.

Es bietet ein hochwertiges Doppel-Boxspringbett, Schrank, Tisch u. Stuhl, "hospitality tray", einen großen Flachbild-Fernseher und natürlich Highspeed-WLan sowie ein modernes, eigenes kleines Bad. It's the perfect place for recreation. You have the opportunity to fire an oven. The design concentrated on wood. To create a warm and cozy feeling.

Esszimmer in einem Raum vorhanden. Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden. (für nur 10 Euro pro Person ) Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Fußsprudelbad und Fußmassagegerät vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt! Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher Whg. Wir bitten die Gäste nur im Außenbereich zu rauchen.

( inklusive) Im Nachbarhaus ist unsere Bäckerei. Fahrräder können untergestellt werden. Nach Rücksprache können Gäste gerne einen Blick in die Backstube werfen. Familie Waldkauz's Gästehaus mitten im Wald

Unsere Unterkunft liegt mitten in Deutschland, in der Nähe von Kassel und ist umgeben von Natur. Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.
