Tiny House near the sea in Lynæs

Kom og nyd naturen som omgiver vores tiny house kun 150 meter fra fjorden og klinten. Huset ligger på en stor grund, hvor vores eget “rigtige” hus ligger, men I kan slappe af i fred på den tilhørende private træterrasse. Vandreruten, Halsninoen, går lige forbi. Det rolige vand i fjorden indbyder til lystfiskeri, kajak og SUP. Lynæs surfcenter i nærheden tilbyder bl.a. instruktion i kitesurf og kajak samt lækker mad og live musik. Der er 5 min. til det fredede klit og lyngområde på Melby overdrev, med en fantastisk natur til gode oplevelser, med mange vandre-, løbe- og cykelruter. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Two simple and clean bedrooms with own entrance and bathroom adjacent. A tea kitchen with two hotplates, water-boiler, microwave and sink is available. The house is located 300 meters from coast line and in wonderful nature surroundings and with a small sandy beach. Frederikssund city is a 20 minutes walk and bus services are also available. Your host can provide you with further information. Close by is also Frederikssund train station with direct lines to Copenhagen and airport.

Velkommen til vores lille charmerende sommerhus som ligger fredeligt og naturskønt, 5 minutters gang fra Isefjorden. Fra stuen er der udsigt til den store, ugenerede have, hvor du kan slappe af på terrassen og i hængekøjen. Huset indeholder opholds- og spisestue, køkken, et soveværelse og badeværelse med bruser. Der er en dobbeltseng og en sovesofa med plads til to. Bilen parkeres nemt i carporten. Hvis du søger natur og ro 45 min fra København, så er det stedet for dig.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.
