You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is no shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Fitted with a small ensuite and a kitchenette fitted with a kettle, toaster, 2 ring ceramic hob, combination oven and fridge. Beautiful views of the countryside. Perfect for business trips and holidays all year round. We are close to Aston Martin and Land Rover, approx 3 miles off the M40 J12. 1.5-mile drive to the village which has a Co-Op and pub which does lovely food.

Nesting Red Kites regularly fly overhead. Very well appointed it makes a perfect spot for a romantic break. You are guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome.

Quaint country cottage 15 mins fr Stratford.

Farthings Cottage is a little hideaway in our garden close to our house but with a feeling of privacy. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford on Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are nestled away in our 26 acres of horse fields and forest. As well as two children there is also one friendly golden, a cat and five horses. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as we are a drive away from all amenities.

A charming barn conversion is presented with natural stone walls and a sloped roof. Outdoor seating is available on a patio area surrounded by lush greenery. Large glass doors provide an inviting entrance, enhancing the connection with the surrounding landscape.
