Consisting of a large living room with a separate sleeping area, 1 separate bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and natural light, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and entrance hall. When choosing the furniture and beds, we made sure to select high-quality products. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and roller shutters, and can be accessed via a staircase.

The apartment is close to Nierstein train station. The Rhine promenade and the city center can be reached in a few minutes on foot. A 20-minute walk and you are in the old imperial city of Oppenheim, which is worth seeing. By train you can get to Mainz in 20 minutes. You'll love the place because of the cozy atmosphere, the comfortable four-poster bed, the fully equipped kitchen and the large bathroom. Nackenheim is located on the Rhine about 10 km from Mainz surrounded by vineyards. You can get on the expressway/highway towards Frankfurt or Koblenz. In the suburb there are shops, bakeries, pharmacy, bank, as well as bus and train that are within walking distance. Indoor playgrounds are 2 km or 5 km away. Towels are included. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard. Charging station at the front door. Lots of leisure activities.

Our lovingly furnished quiet 2-room apartment is 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area, a bedroom and a daylight bathroom. Smoking is possible in partially covered outdoor area. In the courtyard there is a seating area for cozy evenings available. The nearest city Mainz is only 10 km away and easily accessible with the city bus connection.

Surrounded by vineyards and only 30 minutes from Frankfurt Airport is Bodenheim, where you can relax in rural tranquility from everyday life and still be only a few kilometers from the state capital of Mainz. A king-size box spring bed with 180 x 200 cm is available, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate two more guests on a lying area of 140 x 200 cm. Both are located in a 35-square-meter living and sleeping area.

Downtown Mainz penthouse

Our penthouse (approx. 180 m²) has its very own style. Absolute feel-good atmosphere in the middle of downtown. The roof terrace is great, especially in summer. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. Mainzer Fastnacht is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade.

A special atmosphere awaits you in a stylish house with a distant view. Next to the bedrooms are a common room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom with bath and double washbasin for you.
