The home offers a large wraparound porch, along with both covered and uncovered deck spaces, perfect for dining, lounging, or simply enjoying the lake views. A private trail behind the home leads directly to the waterfront, with stairs from the back deck providing access down to the shoreline. Additional amenities include central air conditioning and a private washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Things to know: Fireplaces are not operational. This is a pet-free property. Parking is available for 3 to 4 vehicles. The home is equipped with a digital E lock. A unique access code will be provided prior to arrival and is reset after each stay. It also has a 1,200 sqft event center attached and courtyard area that can be rented separately to host events or retreats. It is 30 min from Crystal Bridges Museum and about 45 min from Eureka Springs. It is part of Lost Bridge Village and about 10 min from Marina that rents boats. LGBT friendly and great for sailors, divers, couples, solo adventurers. The site is quite STEEP however and not for everyone. Wifi often goes out in storms.
