Welcome to `Maison Cassis´, a bright and quiet holiday apartment in a charming period building in Ludwigshafen-Oggersheim. The nearby Maudacher Bruch nature reserve invites relaxing walks in green surroundings. Mannheim, Heidelberg and the Palatinate Forest are easily accessible. The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features a private entrance and garden area. A bakery, supermarket and tram stop are just 150 metres away. Chic house of about 98 square meters with 4 separate bedrooms, two showers and a fully equipped kitchen. The 4 rooms are distributed on the first floor and second floor (2 rooms and 1 shower per floor). Each bedroom offers a 120*200 bed with two pillows and a blanket. In addition, there is a TV including Netflix, a desk and a chair. Enjoy Wi-Fi everywhere. The apartment is located in the city center of Maxdorf, a 5-minute walk from Maxdorf train station.

Upon your arrival, freshly made beds await you - fresh towels are also ready for you. The apartment was completely newly renovated and refurbished in 2018 (new bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, etc.). Our apartment with approximately 100 m² is particularly suitable for families /couples and business travelers. Thanks to the excellent connection to the A650 highway, you can reach Bad Dürkheim, Ludwigshafen, Mannheim or Heidelberg in a few minutes by car.

A coffee machine, a kettle and a microwave are also included in the equipment. There are two bedrooms: 1. Bed 180 cm x 200 cm, 2nd Bed 180 cm x 200 cm 3. Bed: 140 cm x 200 cm. The sofa bed is 140 cm x 220 cm. The bathroom with bathtub and floor-level shower has a washing machine and drying rack.
