Our four apartments (two smaller ones on the ground floor and two larger ones on the first floor) have been lovingly and carefully restored using natural materials in a heritage-friendly manner. Each apartment has its own charm – a mix of old building elements, antique furniture, and modern comfort. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with the three largest also featuring a cozy wood stove. Villa Fleesensee - Vacation right on the lake

Villa Fleesensee is a vacation home almost directly on the shore of the lake, with 2 self-contained apartments: the large apartment of about 135 m² has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and direct view of the lake. Up to 8 people (6 adults + 2 children or 7 adults) can sleep here. For reservations of more than 7 people, the small apartment can also be used. It fits 2 people with 35 m². Sauna in the house for all guests. 4 parking spaces.

Vacation home in a quiet location for 8 people. On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

50 meters from the lake with a great courtyard

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

The detached house is located in the heart of Mecklenburg Switzerland with unobstructed views of the countryside. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and 2 additional beds. Perfect Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit line. The house has about 140 m² of living space and stands on a spacious plot with a huge garden. Whether you want to cook, lie in the garden or relax with some sauna sessions, here you can quickly forget the city and time.

The duplex consists of the captain's house, the apartment's captain's terrace and captain's lake view. It is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Fleesensee. You can park up to four vehicles on the property. The enclosed property has an area of about 500 m². There you will find a sunbathing lawn, a hot tub and 2 spacious terraces for a relaxing vacation.

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.
