In addition to the double bed (1.60 m wide), there is a folding sofa for children or a 3rd person. New floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows, a new wooden terrace and an automatic ventilation system offer upscale standards.

The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Through the large window front, you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

Numerous hiking trails directly from the house over forest and field to reach, as well as footpaths to Marburg. Easily accessible via public transportation. This 1290 square feet (120 sqm) living space can accommodate up to five (max. 6) persons.

It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

Our apartment, located in a traffic-calmed turning area and directly on the Lumda (river), has a separate entrance, a large eat-in kitchen, a combined living room/bedroom with a 140cm bed, as well as a sofa bed (140cm)and a shower room.
