This is a very quiet property set back in the woods. This log cabin has a wood burning fireplace indoors making it nice and cozy. Large firepit outside for bonfires. This cabin is in the woods so you will see insects and wildlife, we do spray for insects and mice but there is only so much we can do. We have 17 acres for you to walk around and explore! Enjoy time at our pond, feel free to fish but ask you to release them because we love our wildlife. Close to Letchworth State park!

It has a private, quiet & secluded environment located in the middle of 138 acres of forested, hilly terrain with many maintained trails & roads for hiking & wildlife observation. The cabin is located on a private game preserve. No hunting, trapping, or fishing foraging. Dogs are welcome. Other pets must be approved. There is a $35.00 charge for pets.

Country Getaway

This home is out in the country close to St. Bonaventure University and Cuba Lake in a relaxed neighborhood. This two bedroom ranch style home has exactly what you need for a family get away. Two bedrooms available all on the same floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your stay. Full kitchen dining and living area with driveway parking for two cars.

Cozy one bedroom Carriage House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located right in town it’s a short walk to the local restaurants and stores. Very short drive to larger surrounding towns. The open space in the living room makes it feel like a large space, but still cozy at the same time. This is a one bedroom tiny home, but if you’re willing, the couches or an air matress can accommodate a few more.
