1895 House ( Main floor apt. ) 3 blocks from downtown and a short 2 minute walk to the river bike path. Not high end ! Not low end either. Turnkey no frills kitchen. Large Deck, off street parking. Right in the middle of all the action in Salida. Historic and yet not uptight in the victorian sense. This place is not for the tightly wound perfectionist. It is a work in progress, please look elsewhere if this is you. Pricing is structured to encourage weekly stays.

Located at the only stoplight in downtown Salida, you can overlook the goings-on of downtown from the huge windows that grace our condo's kitchen and living space. The condo is above a coffee shop, with other shops, restaurants and galleries just steps away. Hiking and biking trails and river walk are 1 block away. Monarch Ski Area is just 20 miles away from us.
