Whether the beautiful old town or the nearby idyllic lake, everything is within walking distance, also the train station & supermarket in about 13 minutes' walk. The charming old building apartment, newly renovated, is ideal for two or three. A sofa bed offers an additional sleeping space.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Obsthof, eingebettet in eine wunderschöne Landschaft, umgeben von Obstplantagen und Natur. Gleich vor der Haustür beginnt ein Naturschutzgebiet - ideal für Spaziergänge und Naturgenuss. Die Binnenelbe befindet sich direkt hinter dem Deich, nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Genießen Sie Ruhe, frische Luft die Nähe zur Landwirtschaft - ein Ort zum Durchatmen und Entspannen.

The furnishings include parquet and marble floors and bright, friendly furniture. You will sleep on a double bed or sofa bed. Thanks to the kitchen, smart TV, washing machine, dryer and workplace with Wi-Fi, you also have all the options for longer stays. In a storage room and the second floor you will find plenty of storage space.

You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

The terraced house is located in the village center and yet quiet. Shopping is very close. The accommodation is centrally located between Bremen, Hamburg and Cuxhaven.
