Vacation in the "dream" house

Enjoy the special flair of a 200-year-old, thatched farmhouse, one of the most beautiful half-timbered houses in the village. You are welcomed by a former stable, now a hall-like hall with a special atmosphere: Here you will find the small, stylish apartment, nestled in a beautiful natural ensemble. This house became famous in 1976 when the famous actress Elisabeth Flickenschildt wanted to realize her dream as a farmer in the countryside here, but died in 1977.

You will stay in a single wooden house with its own sauna, very elegant shower area and terrace. Designed for 2 people, the room is about 55 m² and includes a bathroom, furnished kitchenette, sauna and shower area. Perfect for relaxing. The environment is wildly romantic with a lot of water, meadows and forests. Dog's are welcome. If you would like to travel with more than 2 people, I recommend my second listing (under my profile) with an additional bedroom.

From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. Our small modern apartment is for guests who want to take a break to explore the Geest, Hamburg, Cuxhaven and everything else near the Elbe. The apartment is a perfect starting point for trips to the Hanseatic city of Stade, Buxtehude or to ride the Elbe Cycle Route. The center of Fredenbeck is about 15 minutes on foot or less than 5 minutes by car. Stade can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Cuxhaven and Hamburg are an hour's drive away.

Quiet time out on the Elbe dyke! Haselau is a small, idyllic place – just 30 km from Hamburg. The house is located on a fruit farm, nestled in a beautiful landscape, surrounded by orchards and nature. Right outside the front door begins a nature reserve - ideal for walks and enjoying nature. The inland Elbe is right behind the dike, just a few steps away. Enjoy peace, fresh air, proximity to agriculture - a place to breathe and relax.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). The Finnish log cabin has a covered veranda from which you can see the 3000 m² forest. In the area you can find cycling and hiking trails. Ideal for nature-loving people. The terraced house is located in the village center and yet quiet. Shopping is very close. The accommodation is centrally located between Bremen, Hamburg and Cuxhaven. A golf course is 1 km away Bed linens and towels can be rented on site for a fee. Due to bad experiences, no pets allowed. The house was renovated in 2025!
