Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood about 2.5 miles from Ross-Ade and Mackey. 1/2 mile from Walmart, Meijer grocery, and many restaurants. Privacy fenced back yard with gas grill and fire pit. Accessibility: This is a 2 story home. All 3 bedrooms and both full baths are located upstairs. The half bath (no shower) and sleeper sofa are located on the main floor.

On beautiful Pretty Lake, 11 miles from Culver, 25 Miles from University of ND. 18 hole public golf course on the west end of PL. 3 twin beds and 2 queen size beds in the bedrooms. A queen size sofa sleeper located in tv room. A new dishwasher, furnace and window air conditioners for the summer months. A kayak, 4 paddle boards, and a paddle boat are available to you. Dogs are welcome, max. 2, with a great yard to run and play. Due to liability, the speed boat and golf cart are not available.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one bedroom with hide a bed cottage has a beachy theme. It shares a fire pit and patio with owner. Access to pier if you bring your boat. Or you can fish or swim off the pier. Pets are allowed and it is gated. Off street parking is provided. VIBRANT EVENT CENTER 1.9 miles away. It takes only a few minutes to get anywhere you want to go in Logansport from this location. If clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing quarters is what you desire during your stay with easy access to anywhere in Logansport, than this is it.
