Loveseat pulls out to sleep additional small adult or child. I am happy to accept small pets (under 20 lbs.) must be crated when left alone. Centrally located, the large front porch gives a perfect perch to sip some sweet tea while you people watch and enjoy the kids playing in the large front yard.
