The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Fortuna Strandhem II with lake property

Fortuna Strandhem II is a lovely detached villa by the beach with an associated lake plot located by the water on beautiful Fortuna. Outside the kitchen, which bathes in morning light, there is a small patio with breakfast corner and towards the sea is a large patio. The house offers a fantastic view of Råå harbor and Helsingborg in the north, over Denmark and Ven and all the way down to the Öresund Bridge, which you can see on clear days. It is a couple of kilometers to Rydebäck city center and the nearest restaurant is within a 10-minute walk.

Unique guest house very close to the sea

Guest house in the quiet fishing village of Ålabodarna, right on the beach of Öresund. The house is opposite the harbor and there are beaches closer than 100 meters. The guest house has a living room/kitchen, a large bedroom for 2 and a sleeping loft with a low ceiling for 2. Dining table for 4 people and TV with local channels and Netflix. There is also a patio and a washing machine. If you have more than 4 people, there is a wind shelter on the top of the hill, just above the guest house. Here you have a fantastic view of Öresund!

Cozy and comfortable apartment in a cultural neighborhood!

The house is in a quiet and culturally protected area in central Landskrona. Parking can be done in the area, but not free of charge, but costs SEK 2/hour around the clock. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple lives in the apartment above. The area is approximately 74 sqm, divided into kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and two living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed. The yard is lush and inviting and offers several seating areas.

This unique home has its own style and is located with a 5 minute walk to nice sandy beach and swimming jetty. One of Sweden's 20 best golf courses, Rya GK, is 500 meters from the property. It is a 10-minute walk to bus and train stations that take you to Helsingborg, Malmö, Helsingör and Copenhagen within an hour. Rydebäck has a grocery store, library, health center, farm shop, ATM, pharmacy, church, four good restaurants and two pizzerias.
