The unit has a queen bed and futon that lays down to a full size bed. It's very comfortable for small groups. Free parking. Entire house with pool (pool heating fee $32 a day extra - heating pool not available until 4 Dec). 3 mn walk to Shopping/restaurants. 15mn drive to Destin. 7 minute drive to beach. Decorated with art from Madagascar, where the owner Yolande is from, and where Yolande's husband Clint worked for 24 years. Clint is a native of Ft Walton Beach and a Vietnam Combat Veteran. No pets allowed (even visitors' pets). NO CAMERAS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ANYWHERE INSIDE THE HOUSE.

Lovely beach-front condo with free beach setup.

As soon as you enter our 3rd floor beachfront condo, you will leave all your cares behind and unwind while enjoying a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can walk to the beach straight out of the building, no need to cross any roads. Many updates done in March 2021: brand new queen size sleeper sofa bed, brand new stainless steel refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave, brand new furniture, new paint, new flooring, and brand new TV's. We have Netflix and high speed WiFi.
