This home is perfect for multiple families and has many gathering spaces. There are spots for adults and children to play without being on top of each other. We have a heated pool (included) and a hot tub where you can soak and watch TV. We have many outdoor entertaining spaces. We have a large 4 hole putting green. Very quiet neighborhood located within walking distance of 3 restaurants. Remodeled in 2024 with all new furnishings (except the antique brass bed in the 2nd bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments as well, plus a keurig machine and coffee pods. Unique that we have mango trees, guava trees, and a papaya tree plus a lemon tree. When in season, feel free to pick your fresh fruit! Mangos-August, Guavas-August, September, and March, Lemons December-February, and papaya in June.
