Charming house in the bottom Floirac, very close to the center and Arkea Arena. 2 bedrooms available (1 with double bed 160 , 1 with fold-out single bed 80/160) - 1 bathroom with shower + bathtub + double basin - 2 WC Large, quiet garden with terrace. No designated parking space but always parking is available in front (even during concert nights). Heated pool to enjoy it even in cooler evenings. Large swing at the bottom of the garden. Great for families

Our house is located in a residential area, 10 min drive to the Pont de Pierre in Bordeaux, and 5 min to exit 24 of the Rocade. Ideal for a long stay or a comfortable stopover, 30 minutes from the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Médoc. Ocean beaches are a 1-hour drive away. The house has a south-facing garden, shaded and not overlooked, accessible from the living room on the ground floor, the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs.
