This house will welcome you to the quiet of a small subdivision. The entrance opens onto a staircase leading to a spacious room with an open kitchen and cozy sitting area, bathroom with an Italian shower, then 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 X 190 cm bed and one with a 180 X 190 cm bed that can be separated on request into 2 90 x 190 cm beds. A grill raclette machine will be at your disposal. Just so you know, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.
