Only the entrance hall is shared with our adjoining house, for maximum privacy. Located just a short walk from the Roustaing tram stop (line B), you can easily access the city center, train station and airport. Shops nearby and supermarket. Parking available by reservation (€7/night).

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.

This house is not big, but it makes up for it with crazy charm. Completely redone, this outbuilding consists of a fully equipped kitchen/living room (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop). The master bedroom has a double bed and a work area. It also has a children's bedroom with two beds. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and a washing machine. But above all, a pleasant garden completes the house, with a pergola.
