'The Bothy' is a superbly comfortable, converted guest house, ideal for short and long stays whether for work or leisure. King size bed, TV, Fridge, Microwave/Grill, Kettle, Toaster, Work/Dining area, Sofa, Ensuite shower room, Electric heating. Free parking available off road on driveway. Check in after 3pm. Countryside location with easy access to the NEC (11 miles), Birmingham Airport (11 miles), M40 (7 miles), Warwick (8 miles), Warwick Parkway Rail (5 miles), and the whole West Midlands.

Beautiful newly built self contained annexe close to NEC and BHX whilst still being set on the edge of Warwickshire Countryside. Excellent gastro pub within a few minutes walk and train station with free parking within striking distance with regular trains to NEC, Birmingham, Coventry and London. The property has a comfortable double bed, a sofa bed and a mezzanine for occasional use. Excellent bathroom facilities and kitchenette has a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge. Parking is included.
