Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. In the city center, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

A cozy bedroom is furnished with a spacious bed featuring two large pillows. Two yellow chairs are positioned adjacent to a wood-paneled kitchenette with a coffee machine and a refrigerator. A large glass shower cabin with modern fittings is visible, enhancing the room's functional design.

The whole house is included; three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen, half-covered patio and large garden with an island and 100m of river frontage There is a house manual with all the info you need for a wonderful break! Arrivals any time after 4pm and departure please by 11am to allow for cleaning.

Next to our farm is the small gîte on a dead end road. The old barn was transformed by us into a self-contained studio with all amenities (including solar panels) for a carefree holiday; open space with kitchen, seating area, queen size bed and bathroom. In front of the gîte is the covered private terrace with fencing, so that dogs can safely be released. In a separate piece of garden, there is the swimming pool, which our guests can use. Suitable for 2 people. Pets are welcome.
