Well-kept apartment in a quiet elevated location

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

"Apartment Trier" is a very bright, cozy apartment in the attic of a quiet house, ideally suited for solo travelers or couples, whether vacationers or professionals. Fully equipped kitchen! Separate bathroom with shower and toilet, only parquet and tile floor! Optimally located in terms of transport, either on foot (15 minutes) or by bus directly to the old town. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse farm and guesthouse - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress, here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the yard, such as the slate walkway.

Relax on the houseboat. Enjoy the sunshine on the upper deck, watching swans and ships through the panoramic window at breakfast. Conjure up a delicious dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy a glass of Moselle wine. Beautiful cycling and hiking trails along the Moselle await you! The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
