The cozy little wine house is more than 100 years old and completely newly renovated. The apartment in a quiet location is on the ground floor and is completely barrier-free (no steps). The wine town of Fell (Roman Vallis) is located in a romantic side valley of the Moselle and has a lot to offer hiking and cycling tourists. The Fell Visitor Mine also invites you to learn more about the mining history of the place. Shopping, bakeries, etc. and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Loft in Longen in the vineyard

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.

Houseboat Mosel Glück Pölich

Perfect location in the fairway of the Moselle overlooking the surrounding hills and vineyards. The 15-meter-long boat and amenities are of very high quality. On the 50 m² roof terrace there is a large lounge with a canopy and privacy screen. Furthermore, a spacious seating set. The houseboat was watered in 2024. Electric grill, hot air fryer, stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher... are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided.

The apartment is adjacent to a historic farm - today a horse breeding and boarding house - which is located in a secluded location on a beautiful mountain hill surrounded by forests and vineyards. The Fellerhof on the Fellerberg is far away from street noise and stress. Here you can enjoy nature, relaxation and tranquility. There are beautiful hiking opportunities nearby. Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

Our MoseLay apartment has a free private parking space, a private panoramic balcony and is located in an area with many opportunities for hiking, biking and activities such as wine tastings, wakeboarding or summer tobogganing on Lake Riol. The bedroom with a box spring bed ensures restful nights. Enjoy peace and relaxation on the terrace with garden lounge. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking and culinary delights.

Enjoy your romantic getaway or a relaxing stay in nature! The mirror house has an area of 18 m² and is suitable for 2 people. The house has an open bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and offers a beautiful view over the fields and the Baybach valley. In addition, there is an open kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The highlight: Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee right from the bed.

Houseboat on the Moselle

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.

Welcome to the RebenQuartier, located in an old winery right in the vineyards. The apartment has fantastic views, even while showering! This is a well-insulated attic apartment with an elevator and a kitchen. All windows have electric shutters. Pets are welcome for a fee of €15 per day. There is wine for sale from our own vineyards, which are managed by F.J. Regnery.
