This lovingly furnished 1-room apartment with 20 sqm living/sleeping room, integrated kitchenette, separate bathroom and small anteroom is located on the ground floor of a manor house built in the first half of the 19th century in an idyllic location overlooking the village pond. The small town of Lichtenberg is a state-recognized recreational place in the middle of the Feldberg lake landscape. Located 1.5 km away through the forest, Luzin is one of the most beautiful bathing spots in the region.

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

The property has one living room (4x6m) with sheep sofa. From here you have a very nice view over the Lake. In the sleeping cabin there is only space for a double bed 1,40m x 2 m long). The small kitchen is equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet and shower. May and mid-September can be heated with an infrared radiator. From the terrace, you can reach the jetty via two stairs. For swimming you cross the reed.
