My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Small holiday home in the Uckermark on a historic farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quiet on a dirt road on the edge of a nature reserve. Plenty of lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.

The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

The cottage stands in the forest, lined with a spruce and a fir tree. The furnishings are basic. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, refrigerator and kitchen utensils are there. Ein Hide Away im Grünen! Ein kleiner aber feiner Bauwagen auf der kleinen Farm, inmitten der Uckermark. Der Wagen steht auf einem Bauernhof in Dorfrandlage auf 1,3h großem Grundstück. Der Uckersee ist Luftlinie etwa 500m entfernt (Straße länger!) , Prenzlau knapp 2km. Im Haupthaus stehen eine kleine Gästeküche und ein eigenes Duschbad bereit. Perfekt um dem Stress der Stadt zu entfliehen!

"Breiter Luzin" ground floor apartment with balcony

Spacious apartments in the Feldberg lakes. We are pleased that you are interested in our new apartments in a fantastic location in the middle of the beautiful Feldberg lake landscape. Our house is located directly on the Amtswerder peninsula in the Feldberg district, not far from the large and small Haussee. Our apartment house was completed in July 2019.
