NYT! Sommerhus 50 meter fra havet

Lad roen sænke sig i dette nyrenoverede sommerhus med plads til 6 gæster i 3 soveværelser. Huset er charmerende og hyggeligt, men har alt i moderne luksus og brændeovn. Det ligger på en stor naturgrund med Danmarks bedste strand kun 30 meter væk. Fald i søvn til lyden af havet og nyd solen på de mange træterrasser eller i hængekøjen. Det er muligt at tilleje saunatelt med brændeovn, som kan sættes op i haven. OBS: Gæster bedes medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder etc. Og EL afregnes ved afrejse.

Huset har to soveværelser med dobbeltsenge, en hyggelig stue med spiseplads og sofagruppe samt en overdækket terrasse – perfekt til afslapning. Udenfor kan du nyde et vildmarksbad og en solopvarmet udendørsbruser. Kun 800 meter fra Danmarks bedste strand, tæt på golfbane, Bøtøskoven og indkøb. Beliggende på en lukket grund med plads til hund, er det ideelt til en ferie i ro og natur. Der er cykler, gratis strøm, vand, brænde mv.

Den smukke Faxe bugt og Noret lige udenfor huset sætter rammen for et helt vidunderligt sted. Huset blev kåret som vinder af programmet Danmarks skønneste Sommerhus på DR1 (2014). De velindrettede 50 m2, med op til 4 m. til loftet passer perfekt til et par - men er også ideelt til familien med 2-3 børn. Året rundt kan der bades i ”Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint og den lille fine ø Maderne, som ejes af Nysø slot. 10 km fra Præstø. Desuden er landskabet skabt til smukke gå – og cykelture.

Vi har brugt lang tid på at renovere vores lille træhus med upcyclede byggematerialer, indrettet det med arvestykker og loppefund, og er nu klar til at få gæster på besøg. Huset ligger i vores frugthave, tæt på natur, skov, gode strande, middelalderbyer, Fuglsang Kunstmuseum og langt fra larm - med undtagelse af vores vagtler og fritgående silkehøns, som godt kan finde på at gale engang imellem. Huset er 24 kvm stort, og har derudover en hems med sengepladser nok til fire personer.
