The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the frame for a truly wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump.
