The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10 min walk to Nykøbing F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You are close to great experiences at Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We may agree on the possibility of bedding on the air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Lovely apartment, renovated in 2023 with nice details of 105 sqm. Everything is new and delicious. Suitable for families up to 6 people or maybe three couples on vacation together. Huge well-equipped kitchen living room with good space to cook lovely food and coziness in the meantime. Three small, nice bedrooms: All on the 2nd floor. In connection with the kitchen , lovely terrace with both dining area, barbecue and small lounge area. Shared garden where the kids can romp while the parents sit on the terrace and keep an eye out.

Modern, simple, Nordic decor located on a quiet residential road within short walking distance to trains, buses, Næstved city centre, cafés, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for e.g. professionals, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to beach, golf, forest and history just outside. There are good opportunities to enjoy the forest and beach in the quiet environment around the Baltic Sea, both by bike and hiking with lots of marked routes. Also enjoy lovely gourmet food at Hesnæs harbor as well as Pomlenakke Traörsted where you have a great view of the Baltic Sea. There is ample opportunity to fish all the way along the coast, where there is a good opportunity to catch sea trout.
