Sofa does not pull out but there ate extra linens in the closet if a guest wants to sleep on the sofa. Separate heating & air with quiet view of backyard. Stocked coffee bar. Walk to bars, restaurants, and services on both Hyde Park & Mt. Lookout Square, bus line access. 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
