Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. The cottage is a 15 minute walk to Coventry Building Society Arena or a 5 minute drive. Free parking for two cars available on site. Kenilworth and Warwick Castle are within 20 minutes drive from the property. Stratford upon Avon is about 30 minutes away. The Cotswolds are also around 1 hour away.
