Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Welcome to Park Hill Pod, a beautiful spot in nature. Set on an authentic farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, the Pod is spacious yet cosy. It’s located just 4 miles from the centre of Stratford Upon Avon and conveniently has local shops within a 5 minute drive. There’s lots of nature to observe - geese, hares, pheasants, deer but to name a few. Bring boots & wellies for walks! The Pod sits at the very bottom of our garden, however, it’s very private. William Shakespeare's birthplace of Stratford upon Avon is less than 10 miles away. Chipping Campden and Stow on the Wold are both within 20 minutes.

With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. Quaint country cottage 15 mins fr Stratford.

Farthings Cottage is a little hideaway in our garden close to our house but with a feeling of privacy. We live in the southern part of Warwickshire and whilst easy access to Stratford on Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds, we are nestled away in our 26 acres of horse fields and forest. As well as two children there is also one friendly golden, a cat and five horses. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as we are a drive away from all amenities.
