Recently renovated, Refúgio do Tibéu is a private house located in a very quiet and sunny area. It is the ideal place for a vacation for two or even a family. It is close to numerous tourist attractions, including the fantastic beach of the municipality. Its location makes it easy to tour the island, whether by sea or mountains, as well as walking tours of the area and/or the island's "levadas" (irrigation channels). Uni FIRE studio opens up to a comfy outside living space and private garden for you to enjoy the serenity that embraces the area, while feeling the island's volcanic stones under your feet. Perfect space to contemplate the starry skies in warm nights or blissful sunsets. The studio comfortably welcomes 2 people and has a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. You also have access to Uni's shared garden area, of course. Free parking is available in Jardim do Mar.

Set on the north coast of Seixal beach, Madeira Black Sand Beach House offers a dream view towards the black sand and the deep blue sea surrounded by green cliffs. This century old stone house has been with the same family for 30 years and was used as a weekend second home. The owners decided to share this unique spot with the world and the refurbished plan had the guest's comfort in mind.
