Hi! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our aim is to make your vacation unforgettable!! So, so welcome to our home!! "Beatriz's little house" is located in Santana, land of the typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where the agricultural products were stored, and the ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "houses", dating back to 1950, with all the comfort of the current times. It has sea/mountain views.

Quinta das Rosas has been completly renovated and open to guests in September 2022. The house first construction dates early 1930's and belonged to Mr. Manuel da Rosa who was my Grandmother's neighbour and the Village only store owner. My Grandmother Rosa and his wife Rosa were friends, reason I hounor the property by calling it "Quintas das Rosas". Its unbeatable location offers just 5 minutes the best sandy beach of the island and it is only 30 minutes from the city of Funchal.
