House with excellent sun exposure with peaceful and stunning views of the sea and mountain. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, furniture and modern decor. In the rooms, it is a pleasure to have a view over the sea. It has a billiards room with a balcony and views over our beautiful blue sea. Outside it has a garden, with beautiful green grass, a swimming pool with heating system, as well as an excellent view and superb sun exposure.
