We have a 110 sqm apartment in our house for 4 people. There is a 50-inch LCD TV with NETFLIX & Amazon access in the living room and in both bedrooms. The two bedrooms are very spacious and the large bathroom with shower also leaves nothing to be desired. The use of our swimming pool (6 a.m. - 9 p.m.) is of course possible as well as with us in the morning for breakfast. Both are included in the price.
