Das Haus selbst ist grundsaniert, hat neue Badezimmer, davon eins behindertengerecht und viel Platz. Die Wohnküche + Wohnzimmer bietet allen Platz zu gemütlichem Austausch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien + Kindern/Babies, Gruppen, mehrere Generationen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere).

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Take a vacation in the beautiful city of Leer. We offer you an apartment (row end house) with a great garden and terrace. On foot you can reach in a few minutes the historic old town with cozy cafés, the city center with a great shopping area and the harbor to linger . Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

We offer you an idyllically located apartment in a secluded location. Here you can spend relaxing days for two. On the Ems - Jade Canal you can relax on a walk. You are welcome to bring your dog or horse. There is plenty of space available!There is also space for bicycles. You can charge your electric vehicles on site. From our apartment, you are at the water within minutes. 10 minutes' drive to Lake Timmeler or approx. 40 minutes to the North Sea.  For shopping trips and sightseeing, it is 15 minutes to the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). There are two bedrooms for 2 people each and a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.  You can also enjoy your vacation in the spacious garden.

Time out in the countryside

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!
