In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Beautiful holiday home with large garden in direct water location on the canal with fantastic views of the East Frisian countryside. The house has been extensively refurbished and renovated. It was important to us to maintain the original character and combine it with today's living comfort. Regionality, sustainability and individuality were our compass. On the edge of the historic village center in a quiet location, just a stone's throw to the dike, the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum.

Außerdem befindet sich ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem großen Bett in der Wohnung. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür (Innenstadt). Der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß gerade mal 10 Minuten entfernt. Es ist auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz hinterm Haus vorhanden.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. The dyke edge is about 2 km, bakery 1 km (Rysum), other purchases 11 km (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike rides in East Frisia. Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Located directly on the Petkumerhafen, it offers many opportunities for bike tours and walks. Several times a day, the ferry goes to the idyllic fishing village of Ditzum. Emden and the East Frisian surrounding area offer many attractions and leisure opportunities. Rare find! Four bedrooms (3 double beds, 1 bunk bed) and a living room can accommodate 2 - 8 people. A kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room and a separate toilet as well as two terraces (one covered) overlooking the water. Four private parking spaces at the house. The garden/house is right on the water and invites you to swim, do water sports or fish. There is also a private jetty including free pedal boat use (30.3. - 11.15.)
