Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up. I can send a breakfast/dinner menu upon request yum :)
