We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge. I – Janine, a trained hotel manager – am particularly interested in bringing people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with family or simply in nature. If you are looking for peace, you will find it here! Our modern vacation home (85 m²) is located on the outer edge of the idyllic NRW gold village of Benroth, in the middle of the Bergisches Land (about 50 km east of Cologne). Surrounded by forest and meadow, nature lovers, hikers, mountain bikers, mushroom and berry pickers will get their money's worth. An inspirational space for creative people! Fantastic log cabin on the Rhine

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Cozy half-timbered house at the edge of the forest

Time out from everyday life in our historic accommodation. Idyllic secluded location on the edge of the forest. A car is needed as there is no connection to public transport. Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. In winter, a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. Modern Internet connection, TV via satellite system. Sparkling water maker available

Ohren - An oasis of tranquility in the countryside

A unique tranquil living space of 132sqm can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Luxurious furnishings include queen size beds, leather couches, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Large glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We welcome all races and religions. The property is easily accessible from the A3 Frankfurt - Cologne.

Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

Relaxen am Wald

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

We rent a beautiful, cozy vacation home. The vacation home is located on the grounds of the former Grube Maria directly on the edge of the forest. A little off the main building. Thanks to the high-quality amenities and some extras such as infrared cabin, wood-burning stove, sauna with outdoor shower, large terrace overlooking the forest and much more, our vacation home is the ideal place for rest and relaxation.
