A unique bungalow in the middle of Breda with a surprisingly large garden! Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the center of Breda. 500 meters from the center Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays,(romantic) weekends away and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The couch can be used as a double bed but the most pleasant stay is with 5 pers+1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Beautiful cycling routes to discover over the Maasdijk. The cottage features a beautiful, spacious covered veranda with large seating area. In the house, kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge, dining area, sofa, 2 separate bedrooms, one with two beds, and another bedroom has a bunk bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

The studio is 32m2, with its own bathroom, shower, toilet and washbasin. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a half wall. The space is fine for 2 adults and 2 kids for example. Attractive spacious living room with TV and free wifi, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, Nespresso, stove and all cooking utensils. Bathroom with luxury shower and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed. There is a beneficial sauna (for a small fee). Very suitable for vacation but certainly also for the business traveler. Deurne center on 20 minutes walk. NS station 3.2 km.
