Great apartment *at the gate of Franconian Switzerland*

Wonderful apartment with separate entrance, parking / bicycle barn. Feel-good bathroom with rain shower, large sink and toilet, daylight, including terry toweling and shower gels. Sleep fantastically in the bedroom Box spring bed + topper super quality bed linens, closet and TV. Feel at home in the living-dining room. Comfortable couch, great dining room set with... if necessary, highchair, rocker. Deliciously cook in the kitchen, which is equipped with relatively everything. WiFi in all areas.

Modern apartment in rural idyll

Our approx. 70 m² first floor apartment is idyllically located in the center of the village opposite the church in Ketschendorf, a district of Buttenheim. This place in Upper Franconia is surrounded by forest and highland cattle at the foot of the Friesener Warte and at the gates of Franconian Switzerland. Here you can relax, start wonderful hiking and cycling trails right in front of the door, local climbing and beer gardens, a gliding airfield (Friesner Warte) and a popular mountain bike route.

In the bedroom there is a *Double bed 2 m x 2.20 m *one single bed each 1 m x 2.20 m and 0.90 x 2 m * In the living room you can sleep on the large sofa *Sofa and kitchenette are 10 cm higher than "normal". If you need a cold refrigerator, let us know in advance. *Wallbox Close to shopping * Baker about 500 m *Supermarket about 1 km I may be upstairs in my study.

Whiskey distillery "BLUE MOUSE" Vacation rental "Blaue Maus"

In a rocky height upstairs of our whiskey show distillery, we do without wood-plated cabins and large mesh hammocks. You are the captain of your holiday. In front of course, the flagship of your bunk: A cozy double bed (dimensions: 1.60 m x 2.00 m); In the shallow wave behind it, a spacious bathroom with shower/toilet. At the back, the armada of a fully equipped galley with a small cozy seating area. A home with a style all its own.

Our vacation home is located in the Eggolsheimer district of Drosendorf, a village with 300 inhabitants. Located on the edge of Franconian Switzerland, it is a good starting point for hikes or excursions to Bamberg, Bayreuth or Nuremberg! The apartment is on 2 floors, and a half-day with an open sleeping gallery! For 2 adults, or a family with 1-2 children, the apartment is ideal! Free parking is available on the premises.
