A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

Dit prachtige vakantiehuis ligt op de Hondsrug aan de rand van de staatsbossen en bevindt zich in een kleinschalig bungalowpark. Het huis is omgeven door een ruime tuin met de hele dag zon, maar ook genoeg schaduwrijke plekken. Op loopafstand bevinden zich in het bos de prachtige zwemplas 't Nije Hemelriek. Er zijn verschillende MTB routes, een golfbaan en diverse wandel- en fietsroutes. De woning beschikt over 2 ruime slaapkamers, een comfortabele woonkamer, keuken, bijkeuken en ruime tuin.

Dit vakantiehuisje is onlangs volledig gerenoveerd en daarmee voorzien van alle gemakken. Het huis heeft een heerlijke ruime tuin met veel privacy en parkeerruimte. Binnen kan je lekker genieten van een warm bad of steek je de houtkachel gezellig aan. Het bos en twee natuurzwemplassen zijn op nog geen 10 minuten lopen, waar je volop kan wandelen, mountainbiken en zwemmen. Aangezien het huisje op een gezellige camping (De Lente van Drenthe) staat zijn er veel voorzieningen gelijk om de hoek.

Dit comfortabele vakantiehuis ligt direct aan het Drents-Friese Wold. Het huis ligt op een park zonder faciliteiten/toegangspoort of regels. De huizen op het park worden zowel permanent bewoond als verhuurd voor vakantie. Je kunt in de omgeving naar hartelust wandelen, fietsen en mountainbiken. Steden als Assen, Leeuwarden en Groningen zijn goed te bereiken. Het huis is compleet en stijlvol ingericht en nodigt uit om lekker te ontspannen met een boek bij de open haard.
