The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with sun all day, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance in the forest is the beautiful swimming lake 't Nije Hemelriek. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. Idyllic cottage for yourself in Giethoorn

This cute white cottage with a thatched roof is like from a fairy tale book! As if you really live in authentic Giethoorn. (North) The boats can be rented from the neighbors and the beautiful bridges can be found only a 6-minute walk away. Without hordes of tourists. (They are in Giethoorn Zuid = 45 minutes' walk) Unfortunately not suitable for infants/children from 0 to 8.
