Our vacation home is located about 100 m from Edersee on a hill, so from here, depending on the water level, you have a wonderful lake or Edersee-Atlantis-Blick. In autumn and winter you can enjoy the wonderful view through our large panoramic windows. You will enjoy the absolute tranquility and watch deer, foxes and rabbits right at your doorstep. Our house is ideal for people who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and want a time of relaxation.

In the spacious living & dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a counter as well as a large dining table & a living area. The bedrooms offer enough space for 5 people. The modern bathroom invites you to linger. The wellness area with sauna & hot tub can be booked on site.

Romantic vacation home "BERGHÄUSCHEN"

A vacation home with a garden all to yourself. Our romantic vacation home is located in the middle of nature, on a sunny, forested slope above the small village of Mühlbach. The well-kept garden, enclosed with a hedge, has many nice seating areas. In the garden there is a small pond, two beautiful large sun loungers and a grill. The beautiful view of the village and the beautiful low mountain landscape enchants every guest. One pet is allowed.

Quiet city apartment with loft flair and sauna

The pretty apartment with garden is central yet quiet. Shopping and public transport are just around the corner. The Karlsaue, city center and the museum district are within walking distance. The apartment is 45 square meters, it has its own entrance with its own terrace and a private sauna. Parking is sufficiently available and free of charge in front of the house on the public street. Bicycles can be parked safely and covered in the garden.

Time out at Lake Edersee for four

The accommodation extends over two floors: Upper floor: Here you will find a spacious living area of approx. 90 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom in Finnish log cabin style, a bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Lower level: This is separate and accessible via an external staircase. Here you will find another bedroom, a shower, a guest WC, and a pool, which is currently not functional.

Luxurious house, Barrel-Sauna, Beautiful nature

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Very cozy forest house in the magical garden with sauna

Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burg and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bikes or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.

House Schwalbennest - Pure relaxation -

Our swallow's nest is located right on the edge of the forest and you might think that there is nothing behind this house but trees and meadows. And that's right. Several kilometers of pure nature. Our property of almost 940 square meters is directly adjacent to the forest. Here you will find plenty of privacy, tranquility, relaxation and recreation. For us, one of the most beautiful spots on earth.
