Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Centrally located in beautiful Edertal in the National Park Kellerwald. Only 5 minutes drive from Lake Edersee and 10 minutes from Waldeck Castle, which offers a beautiful view over Lake Edersee as well as the national park. Here you can relax in peace, lie in the garden or use the many possibilities of the third largest reservoir in Germany. Stand-up paddle and bike can be rented on site at an extra cost and deposit deposit.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility. Our 120 sqm apartment is located in a 4500 sqm garden, surrounded by nature, between Burg and Kellerwald. The garden was laid out by a landscape gardener 30 years ago. Here you can find peace and relaxation or make beautiful excursions to Marburg or the nearby Edersee. The lake offers a variety of business opportunities. You can also start tours with our bikes or hike and relax in our sauna in the evening.
