The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

From there you can quickly reach Gießen, Friedberg, Frankfurt, Hanau etc. The apartment is only a 5-10 minute walk from the beautiful lake with 2 beach bars. Great cycling and hiking trails surrounded by meadows, forests and streams. The Vogelsberg is also not too far away. Summer toboggan run, climbing forest, winter sports and much more…

Welcome to our renovated house in Hungen-Utphe, on the edge of the idyllic Wetterau. The house is situated close to a nature reserve and Lake Inheidener. On 160 square meters and over 2 floors, there is space for 5 people. An open large modern kitchen is available to you during your stay. Throughout the house there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bathroom on the first floor is wheelchair accessible. In front of the house is a beautiful outdoor area with seating.

The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. In bad weather: Take a nice bubble bath, read a good book or prepare your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and then watch a movie on Netflix on the sofa. With fiber optic Wi-Fi, extensive surfing is no problem! In good weather, a trip to the lake, which is a 5-minute walk away, is simply a must! Here, a beach bar and snack bar invite you to linger.

Apartment is very spacious. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub and very large. Here you can relax, experience relaxing days in harmony with a wonderful nature. All rooms with kitchen and bathroom can be fully used. In the vicinity you will find great hiking routes, reservoirs, Europe's largest extinguished volcano and even a swimming pool nearby on foot. A thermal bath with salt cave is 13 km away (Bad Salzhausen).

Our small cozy, newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor of a farmhouse on an old farm. Very close by are the two nature conservation lakes, where you can take nice walks. In the neighboring village 1 km away is the swimming lake accessible to everyone. A tour takes about 50 minutes. The accommodation is about 1.5 km from the AB. From there you can reach in approx. 50 minutes to the Rhine-Main area, Frankfurt/Main Messe.
