On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

Easy City access: public transport is a 5 - 10 min walk, leaving your car parked at the apartment. Situated just 3 km from Heidelberg’s historic old town, the location offers a scenic walk along the Neckar River through a charming, established neighborhood.

Ground floor apartment The description says it's a shared pool. It is used by ourselves from time to time. There is a possibility to reserve the pool every day for several hours. You have private access to the pool from the apartment! From early summer 2026 there will be an exclusive sauna, which can be booked optionally. Smoking is allowed outdoors only!! The listed building is nestled in a beautiful park landscape and offers a fantastic view over the valley – with the Odenwald right outside the front door. Ideal for hiking, biking or simply to relax and unwind. Dogs also feel comfortable with us thanks to the many walking paths right outside the front door.

As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (up to 5 people) for sole and private use on the covered terrace. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in winter.
