The apartment is on the first floor of a small house with a quiet cul-de-sac location between the old village church, a Gulfhof and only 4 minutes' walk to the harbor and the ferry to Ditzum. You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.
