Animal-friendly apartment in East Frisia

In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. LIFE RHYTHM simple life close to nature!

In the cottage, you live a basic life, close to nature in a beautiful hiking and cycling area, in a large, nature-rich place: vegetable garden, newly planted food forest, flower gardens & pond are ecologically managed. There are a few pets (dog, cat, chickens, walking duck, bees). The refrigerator is underground and the composting toilet an experience in itself. The whole is made as environmentally friendly as possible and an invitation to live simply while respecting nature. There is a wood-burning stove.

A beautiful and ecological apartment in the countryside awaits you. Surrounded by flowers, fruit trees, raspberries and sheep is the house on the Huntedeich. The furnishings are simple, but loving. The apartment covers the entire first floor. With private bathroom and views on 2 sides. You have 2 beds that can also be used as a double bed, two pull-out sofa beds, each 1.40 m wide and a private kitchen. To the rear, you have a balcony with private access to the garden.

The cottage is centrally located, right in the middle of East Frisia! Perfect for excursions in all directions and within a 20 km radius there is much more to experience and discover than you can do on a vacation. In the immediate vicinity, it is rural and tranquil with animals and lots of greenery. And the East Frisian also likes to have a little snack ;) Here you can still find idyll and cordiality! It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

It is heated with an organic infrared heater and otherwise we try to be environmentally friendly and sustainable. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
