Centrally located on the Island, this spacious home is perfect for two families, featuring two kitchens, two bathrooms, and two washing machines. Enjoy privacy or togetherness with a door that divides the living spaces. Close to the Frisian Museum, Grethjens Gasthof, bakery, agriculture market, and playground, with Nieblum Strand just a 14-minute bike ride away. The large front garden is perfect for outdoor fun, with a badminton net and Kubb game available. Bed linens and towels are included.

The apartment is about 100m2 with air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a weekend bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

The apartment is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment that is allergy-friendly. In the quiet garden you can relax and enjoy the hours and your children can try out the various play options. Our house is only about 600 m from the family-friendly beach.

The loft apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. Due to the open roof ridge, the room has an extraordinary height and spatial effect. Relax in a luxurious box-spring bed. You have a shower room with toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and linens are included. Radio, cable TV and WiFi are also available. A newly covered, local thatched roof, the restoration of the old dormer and a careful approach to the expansion in order to preserve as much as possible - that was important to us and characterizes this unique building. Unfortunately, we are not suitable for party groups!

The apartment Maaskap 2 is centrally located in Wyk/Boldixum on the road that connects the harbor with the city of Wyk and the island villages. An ideal starting point for excursions to the islands. The city center with shops and the beach is about 1 km away, so everything is easily accessible by bike. The apartment is well equipped with a terrace and a small garden and a parking space.
